Home Plan
Full maintenance checks including checking that all pages are online and the site is operating as it should.
Website Statistics Data will be emailed to you monthly detailing figures on views to the site.
Service Level Agreement is set at contacting you back within 72 hours from the time your email is received.
Contact can only be made via email with Shadow Webs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Updates will be charged at £7.00 per update required on both new and existing content.
Cost - £15.00 per month

Basic Plan
Full maintenance checks including checking that all pages are online and the site is operating as it should.
Website Statistics Data will be emailed to you monthly detailing figures on views to the site.
Service Level Agreement is set at contacting you back within 48 hours from the time your email is received.
Contact can only be made via email with Shadow Webs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Updates will be free for existing content for the first 5 updates per month.  Additional updates will be charged at £5.00 per update.  All new content will be charged at £5.00 per update with no free updates.
Cost - £20.00 per month

Intermediate Plan
Full maintenance checks including checking that all pages are online and the site is operating as it should.
Website Statistics Data will be emailed to you monthly detailing figures on views to the site.
Service Level Agreement is set at contacting you back within 24 hours from the time your email is received.
Contact can only be made via email with Shadow Webs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Updates will be free for existing content for the first 10 updates per month.  Additional updates will be charged at £5.00 per update.  All new content will be charged at £5.00 per update with no free updates.
Cost - £25.00 per month

Business Plan
Full maintenance checks including checking that all pages are online and the site is operating as it should.
Website Statistics Data will be emailed to you monthly detailing figures on views to the site.
Service Level Agreement is set at contacting you back within 12 hours from the time your email is received.
Contact can be made by either email or phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Updates will be free on unlimited updates unless notified at the time of making the update request.
Cost - £30.00 per month

All packages above have a minimum 12 month contract. 
There will be a £45.00 one off cost at the start of the contract to cover Domain and Hosting costs on all packages.
You will receive a monthly invoice to detail any costs incurred via email, or post if requested.

No updates will be made to the site without written request via email or post.
